I have sent the camera-ready file to the printers and they have given me a publication date of July 15, 2010.

Very nice. May I ask about the length of the process? How long has it been (and what have been the steps, and how long have they taken) from the time they accepted your manuscript to the time it is actually going to be in print? It seems to me like this is quite the fast turnaround. If so, well done! But since I am anticipating this process very soon, I’d like to get your perspective.
